Calculator inputs and checklist

Settleie's calculators run in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to Settleie or saved by the calculators. If you use the optional home-buying checklist, its ticked items are stored only in your browser's local storage so the checklist can remember your progress.

Server information

Like most websites, our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps in standard server logs. This helps operate, secure and troubleshoot the site.

Cookies and third-party services

Settleie may use cookies or similar technologies if analytics or advertising services are enabled. Those services may collect information under their own privacy policies. We will update this page if we make material changes to how those services are used.
